Your Village is a free group for postpartum birthing parents to experience feeling seen, heard, and understood by sharing and/or listening to others. Birthing parents are welcome to bring their dependents of all ages! Using her training in Integrative Community Therapy, a fellow caregiver and her little one (born in spring 2024) facilitates and participates to allow for celebration, expression, and connection.

Come nurture yourselves in the new year, because it truly takes a village.
