Looking for a way to calm your anxieties and recenter yourself this winter? Join Andrea for an hour of yoga and meditation, not only to help heal the body but to feel balance and peace of mind. This session pairs traditional yoga flow with breath work to combat anxiety, and adds tapping techniques and traces to help with anxious feelings. You’ll also boost your immune system!
Bring a mat, a blanket, and a water bottle. All levels are welcome, including beginners.
These sessions are for women ages 18 and above. Space is limited and registration is required.
