Local photographer Cori Winslow is offering a beginner’s workshop series in January and February. Interested amateur photographers can register for this six-week session. After an introductory class, topics will include getting to know your camera, study of composition and photographers, and editing your work in Lightroom. Get confident with your skills!
This workshop will demonstrate how to use DSLR cameras. Please bring your camera each week, and bring a laptop or other device. Limited devices are available to borrow from Queset House each week.
Cori Winslow has been a family and wedding photographer for over a decade. Her work has recently been published in multiple bridal magazines! Ms. Winslow picked up photography as a young mom, inspired by her four kids.
This series starts on Saturday, January 18 and continues each week through Saturday, March 1.* Each week’s topic will build on the previous week, so registration is for the entire series. Space is limited and registration is required.
Lightroom is an Adobe editing program available in the Queset House Digital Medial Lab. Anyone is welcome to use these computers during Queset House’s open hours.
*There will be no meeting on Saturday, February 1.
